Beyond Now Summit is a one-day immersive experience connecting high school students with 20+ leaders across business, entertainment, sports, and media. We're looking for motivated students to help spread the word in their schools and communities—and in return, we'll cover your way to the Summit.
As a Beyond Now Ambassador, you'll represent the Summit to your peers, share information about the event, and help us connect with students who would benefit from this experience. It's a chance to build leadership skills, expand your network, and be part of something bigger.

what we ask
Ambassadors are expected to actively promote Beyond Now Summit within their school and community. This includes sharing information with classmates, posting on social media, connecting us with school clubs or organizations, and helping drive attendance to the event.
To qualify for Ambassador benefits, you should be confident in your ability to bring at least 25 students to the Summit. This isn't about pressure—it's about ensuring we partner with students who have the reach and enthusiasm to make an impact.

Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: The Beyond Now Ambassador Program is open exclusively to students currently enrolled in grades 9–12 at an accredited high school in the United States. Applicants must be at least 14 years of age at the time of application.
- Program Requirements: Ambassadors are expected to actively promote Beyond Now Summit through personal outreach, social media, school announcements, and community engagement. Ambassador benefits are contingent upon bringing a minimum of 25 verified student registrants to the Summit.
- Benefits: Upon meeting the minimum referral threshold, Ambassadors will receive one (1) complimentary ticket to Beyond Now Summit, an upgrade to Discovery Elite pass status, and one (1) Ambassador swag bag. Benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Verification: Student referrals must be verified through a tracking link or promo code provided to each Ambassador. Referrals must result in completed ticket purchases or registrations to count toward the minimum threshold.
- Conduct: Ambassadors are expected to represent Beyond Now Summit professionally and positively. Summer Discovery reserves the right to remove any Ambassador from the program for conduct that reflects poorly on the Summit or violates school policies.
- Privacy: Contact information provided in this application will be used solely for communication related to the Ambassador Program. We will not sell or share your information with third parties. By providing a cell phone number, you consent to receive text messages related to the program.
- Program Modifications: Summer Discovery reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Ambassador Program at any time. In the event of program changes, enrolled Ambassadors will be notified via email.
- Parental Consent: If you are under 18 years of age, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate in this program and to be contacted via the information provided.
